I purchased a 2015 Mercedes E220 Bluetec from Midland Car Group in late July. From the word go, they were excellent, starting with an informative test drive, being very helpful and patient as I navigated selling my previous car on Motorway (first time user of that service), sorting out the part of the purchase price I was financing painlessly and delivering the car to my timescales.

I cannot speak highly enough of Stuart, Tim and Ikky, all of whom I've dealt with at various stages through this process.

Extra kudos to all of them because, when the car was delivered, an engine warning light came on. I took the car for a diagnostic test, which indicated that a NOx sensor needed replacing. Midland Car Group sent a driver to pick it up, gave me a replacement E Class for the week no questions asked, and have just delivered back my car with the problem solved and paid for under warranty.

One very happy purchaser here, I will certainly use MCG again and thoroughly recommend them to anybody else looking for a Mercedes.

Brought a lovely mercedes from this dealership this week. The service they provided was the best I've ever experienced. They even helped collecting me so I could pick the car up, which was a 45 min journey. Tim and Stuart was very helpful. Made everything quick and simple. We couldn’t be happier with our lovely Mercedes and the quality service we received from everyone at Midland Car Group.

Stuart has always been happy to answer any questions, and nothing is too much trouble. We travelled over 100 miles to see the large selection of Mercedes cars, and it was certainly worth the journey. Every effort was made to make the process as enjoyable as possible, without any pressure to buy. A much better experience than I received from my local Mercedes-Benz dealership, who just wanted to push a sale and add-on unnecessary extras. The aftercare is also superb, and the paperwork is very straightforward.

We would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used Mercedes, to make Midland Car Group their first port of call. We look forward to buying from them again in the future.

My visit to the guys was purely speculative and I walked away with a car I never even knew I wanted.
