We went to look at a C class but ended up buying an E class as the wife preferred the colour! This meant the sale was done in rapid time and there were a few issues needing sorting out, but the after sales follow up was impeccable. They've also agreed to obtain and send me a replacement part for a broken air vent at no expense to myself. These people definitely know what they're doing and clearly pride themselves in customer service.

I reserved the car on AutoTrader and was able to speak to the team and view it straight away. They gave me as much time as I needed on my own to inspect the car, then joined me on a test drive along a long, varied route. I mentioned concerns from viewing another car of the same model, and they encouraged me to test this one properly to confirm the issue wasn’t present.

When I decided to purchase, the process was quick and straightforward. The sale included breakdown cover and a warranty. The environment was pleasant, the people friendly, and clearly passionate about the cars they sell. I felt relaxed and at ease throughout – a great experience overall.

I’ve only had the car a couple of days, but so far it’s performing well and I’m very pleased with the purchase. They also said that if I ever have any issues, I can call them directly – a reassuring touch that makes them approachable and easy to deal with. Based on my experience, I’d happily prioritise this garage when looking for another car in future.

First off. Midland car group provides a service that main dealer's cannot get close to. They are honest and transparent after a horrendous main dealer experience previously. They will only sell you what you need and will not try to sell you unnecessary products. I purchased a blue GLC250d. It was immaculate on collection. All items were done ready for collection that were agreed to be done. It was the best car buying experience we have had. If your in the market for a used Mercedes in the Midlands area. This is the place to go. Wonderful choice of stock. Tim & Ikky know the cars they sell inside out. Will use again for service and when we come to change this one. Very very happy.

One evening, I found a nice car, a Mercedes B-Class, 16-reg plate. I sent an inquiry, and the next day it was mine. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. Excellent contact with the seller. A very quick credit decision. I purchased an additional three-year warranty for the car, starting after the standard six-month warranty expired. The seller gave me time to consider whether I wanted the additional warranty. The car was delivered to my home—all on time.
The car is very well-maintained and clean. It's well-equipped with driver amenities. It's been fully serviced at an authorized Mercedes service center.
I'm writing this review one month after purchasing it – I drive it daily, everything is fine, nothing wrong with it.

Simply exceptional.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC from Midland Car Group. My sales rep Phil was brilliant, he allowed me as much time with the car as I wanted, facilitated a test drive straight away, and took care of the deal including an extended warranty with immaculate professionalism.

A few days after collection, I noticed a couple of issues which didn’t present themselves during my initial inspection and test drive.

I raised these concerns with a chap called Ikky who reassured me that these faults would be put right no matter what. He invited me to return the car for the remedial work to be undertaken.

As it turned out, one of the issues proved to be a very expensive fix which MCG promptly outsourced to a local Mercedes main dealer.
Ikky kept me informed with what was happening while I was without the car.
Both Phil and Ikky have handled my sale and after sales care with a truly exceptional level of service and expertise.

I couldn't be happier. Buying a used car can be daunting and it’s hard to find a dealership of this quality these days. I had shopped around quite a bit before finding MCG and I’m so glad I did!

I would highly recommend Midland Car Group, their stock is excellent, all prepared to an excellent standard and the staff are welcoming, professional and really value their customers.

Really quick and easy process! Literally glided through the whole thing, no stress whatsoever. The car is immaculate, and problems were sorted before sale and they also made me aware of what those were (only tiny things). What can I say except 5 star service! Been looking for a Mercedes for 6 weeks around dealerships all over the place. Either too expensive, too far, uninterested or just plain lazy. Came across the company accidentally and thought I'd pop over for a quick look and was blown away. Terrific selection of premium makes at the right price. No salesmen running out to pressure you, but approachable and helpful when we had questions. Sat in many different models but fell for a CLS 250 diesel. The held it for me whilst I sold my own car, and we did the deal. Beautifully prepared and explanatory test drive later and I bought it with the minimum of fuss. Can't say too much about Tim and the team. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

Purchased a 2017 Range Rover in March 2024, Had a video call with Stuart & all good, decided to purchase at the agreed price including delivery to my property in Buckinghamshire, some 120 miles from the dealership, on date of delivery all arrived, on time & in excellent condition as per the video call, after a couple of weeks of ownership, the DAB stereo started playing up, rang & spoke to Ikky & Tim about this, Midland have had it back a couple of times as not all present & correct, even left me with an E class Mercedes to use while they diagnosed the fault.....the guys at Midland did not stop until this vehicle was 100% perfect in every way, therefore cannot recommend them highly enough as sales & aftersales was second to none!!!

We had a fantastic experience buying a used Mercedes from this dealership. We dealt with a great guy named Ikky. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the other guys in the dealership. We were left alone to look over the car - there was no pressure from Ikky but he was always available to answer any questions that we had. On the day we took delivery, we had a great handover - the car was so beautifully presented that it felt like we were driving away in a brand new car. We would highly recommend this company, and especially Ikky, to anyone.

What can i say, by far the best service I have had in over 20 cars and 30 bikes, the gentlemen at midland car group were fantastic, no pushy sales pitch just gave me the key and was left to it.
All three guys were a pleasure to deal with and the car was such a good quality it pretty much sold itself, maybe slightly higher price than a few others I looked at but I was happy to pay the extra premium to deal with such gents and better class car
I would definitely recommend them to people looking for something that bit better than what’s usually on the market.

Recently purchased a superb BMW X5 SE from Midland Car Group after trawling so many other garages in the Midlands and I absolutely cannot praise the guys enough for their excellent customer service. I met Stu initially who showed me the car and couldn’t do enough for me, really thorough and attentive and without any pressure to purchase.

Stu agreed to hold the car for me so I could return with my wife the next day without any deposit so she could test drive it and to ensure she liked it, upon our return the next day we again met Stu and the team and did the deal, part exchanging our much cherished Mercedes.

A week later we collected the car and again the guys couldn’t do enough for us, I cannot fault anything from start to finish it has been a real pleasure to purchase from them.

I also want to comment on there aftersales service, we had a slight issue with tyre pressure sensors and the ambient lighting all of which was sorted within minutes of dropping the car back.

Knowledge, expertise and customer service is absolutely at the heart of this business, not forgetting Stu’s excellent brew making skills.

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes E220 Bluetec from Midland Car Group in late July. From the word go, they were excellent, starting with an informative test drive, being very helpful and patient as I navigated selling my previous car on Motorway (first time user of that service), sorting out the part of the purchase price I was financing painlessly and delivering the car to my timescales.

I cannot speak highly enough of Stuart, Tim and Ikky, all of whom I've dealt with at various stages through this process.

Extra kudos to all of them because, when the car was delivered, an engine warning light came on. I took the car for a diagnostic test, which indicated that a NOx sensor needed replacing. Midland Car Group sent a driver to pick it up, gave me a replacement E Class for the week no questions asked, and have just delivered back my car with the problem solved and paid for under warranty.

One very happy purchaser here, I will certainly use MCG again and thoroughly recommend them to anybody else looking for a Mercedes.

Stuart has always been happy to answer any questions, and nothing is too much trouble. We travelled over 100 miles to see the large selection of Mercedes cars, and it was certainly worth the journey. Every effort was made to make the process as enjoyable as possible, without any pressure to buy. A much better experience than I received from my local Mercedes-Benz dealership, who just wanted to push a sale and add-on unnecessary extras. The aftercare is also superb, and the paperwork is very straightforward.

Had minor issue which was sorted out by Tim ,lent me a courtesy vehicle while they repaired mine ,best company I’ve dealt with by far don’t let the minor issue ( only a faulty sensor) put you off buying from these guys.
